1. How long does shipping take?

2. Can I change or cancel my order?

4. What if my package shows delivered but I did not receive it?
Please check around your property, with neighbors, or your local courier office first. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we cannot guarantee recovery, so please ensure delivery locations are secure.
